Today I am featuring my niece

Aubrey Rose

This is my brothers youngest daughter.  Aubrey will turn 2 years old in August, her older brother is Aiden  (3) and her older sister is Anne-Marie (2).  She loves her brother and sister very much. Aubrey also likes to play with her cousins.  She enjoys watching cartoons and loves to talk in her own gibber jabber language, lol!  My sister-in-law said she was in the jumpy house for the first time ever and she enjoyed it very much.

She's a sweetie, well around me she is.  Aubrey is my little rosebud!  That's my nickname for her.

This weeks family showcase is introducing my niece 

Anne-Marie

  This is my brothers middle child and she's a total daddy's girl.  She turned 2 in February and has an older brother Aiden (3) and a younger sister Aubrey (1). She's been made tough by having to play with her older brother and her boy cousins before her little sister and her cousin were born.  Anne loves to play with her dolls and most times you'll catch her putting them night, night as she says.  Anne is a sweetheart and a firecracker!  She also likes to watch cartoons with her brother and sister

  Anne also stole my birthday thunder, I was the only February birthday in our family until she came along, Thanks Anne!! lol!!  I love her and we all call her Butterball!

Wednesday Family Showcase.... #5

This week I'm introducing

Aiden

He is my brothers son. He recently turned (3) in December.  Aiden has two sisters Anne-Marie who just turned (2) on February 12th, and Aubrey Rose who is (1½).  He loves his sisters very much.  

These are pictures from his 3rd Birthday that I was able to take.

He was eating all the candy he could... because he knew his dad would normally not allow him to eat this much.

Aiden loves Spiderman as you can see from his birthday pics.  He loves to take pictures, then will ask you to let him see it!  Aiden can sing you his ABC's and he can probably work my phone better than I can.  He enjoys playing with his cousins.  He likes to say words like Awwwesoooommmeee and Niiiiiccceee....and always adds that extra emphasis to the words. lol! He's a pretty great kid, but don't try to wake him up from his naps, talk about Mr. Grumpy Pants.

Wednesday Family Showcase.... #4

Today I'm going to introduce my nephew 

Jacob

He is my other sisters only child.  He made me an Auntie for the very first time. Jacob is going to be (8) in June and he's in the 2nd grade. This kid is smart.....he's in the gifted & talented program at his school.  He loves to read, play baseball and build things.  He has about a billion monster trucks, that are always nice and neat. Jacob enjoys playing video games with his dad or anyone who challenges him.

Halloween 2011

Jacob is straight forward and will tell it like it is. That's what I love about him, brutal honesty! Even if it does hurt my feelings, lol.  I try to do crafts with the nieces and nephews every holiday.  This last craft session we had he told me,  "Tia (Spanish for auntie)  if you're not dead yet and I'm married and have kids will you do crafts with me and the kids?" I told him I sure would!

Wednesday Family Showcase.... #2

Let me introduce to you one of my nephews.
Maddox
 My youngest sisters son. He is the middle child in her family. His older brother is Malaki (7) and his baby sister is Milan (1).  He turned 4 in January. He is a sweet child when he wants to be, he tells his mommy she looks pretty and give hugs and kisses to his aunties and grandmas. Other times....he's known as "the Texas Tornado" or I refer to him as "MadMax", lol. He is fearless...which can be good and bad.

He didn't always have his hair grown out this way....

after his sister was born he now refuses to have it cut!! Jealous? Maybe!

Having fun in the bounce house...this child has 24/7 energy!!  

Oh, poor baby...who can refuse this pouty face?? 

I can, I tell him he can't pull that with me. 
When I say no, it mean no! But most of the time I'm a fun auntie.
