Tasty Tuesday - Parmesan crusted Asparagus with Garlic salt and parsley

How is it that I do not like tomatoes, onions or avocados.....but I can stuff myself silly with asparagus???  Crazy huh!!  I'm a weirdo I guess.

It seems like Parmesan crusted asparagus is all the rage these days.  Hey you can put Parmesan on just about anything and it would be delish.  Well, I've been eating these babies for a long time now.....and theHubs always gives two thumbs up when I make these.  So if your into eating these yummy little green sticks and have never seen this recipe before....try it!

What is needed:
Asparagus
Garlic Salt
Parsley
Parmesan
Olive oil
knife/shears
baking sheet
foil
stove (duh)

This is how I make them:
Pre-heat oven to 400º
Rinse off the little green sticks and pat dry
Cut off the bottom stems (or cut, then rinse, whatever you want)
Align them on a foil lined baking sheet. (I sprayed the foil with some Pam)

Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus
Then add the garlic salt, parsley and then the Parmesan
Add till your heart is happy!! It's up to you!

Pop them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
The thicker ones usually take a little longer.
After they're done scoop them up and plate them.

This is super delicious as a side or appetizer.

Yummy, yummy in my tummy!!
